Fall Days at the Cabin!

One of our favorite things to do in the fall is headed to the North Georgia Mountains to pick apples! We stayed the night at the cabin... and even cooked our hotdogs and marshmallows on the fire ...

Then we headed to Mercier for a wagon ride up to the apple orchards!

This is one of my FAVORITES of Micah - he had TWO apples he was working on at all times!

and that these two (plus Jacob!) are brothers!

Off to Grandma's!

We took a quick trip to Florida on Labor Day Weekend to visit my Grandma and go to the beach!  We squeezed in some fun hotels - including The Vinoy Hotel, swimming in the pool, going to the beach, a Rays baseball game, watched the BYU Football Game (AT MY GRANDMA's!), and MORE beach and time with Grandma!  Enjoyed EVERY MINUTE with her!!

I LOVED Going to my Grandma's apartment ... so many memories inside and out ... my Mom gave her the tree that is behind us - and it is SO big now!

Here is Grandma holding Jacob ... and she enjoyed playing LOTS of games of UNO with my boys!  She also let them color in her coloring books, which I did as a child - and she also gave them a couple of REALLY old books!  Treasures - along with the memories!

 

Here are the boys eating their frozen yogurt!  This was our first time eating at a Yogurt shop that you get to put in your own yogurt AND toppings!!  Jonathan's cost almost $10 - eesh ... 

 We LOVE LOVED the Beach!

 

My Grandma thought it was just WONDERFUL to eat Breakfast at the Vinoy ... and our waitress even threw her meal in for free!

Isn't little Micah so cute playing in the little pool of water on the beach!  Love this kiddo!

Jonathan treated us to a "Cinderella-like" carriage ride one evening back to our hotel in downtown St. Petersburg ...so fun!

Poor Micah started feeling sick by the end of our trip ... but we had a WONDERFUL time visiting one of the most amazing ladies I know!
